Moved from design leadership back to a senior IC track to build AI-integrated surfaces end to end. Built the AI interaction layer of Insights — streaming rendering, structured output, source attribution, human-in-the-loop review — plus a four-tier token system that tells users, at a glance, what a machine wrote and what is verified data. Also led the mobile wealth app build: home, multi-UIN portfolio, transactions, cart, SIP entry.

Led and mentored the UI/UX team, and aligned the design system with engineering standards — the system the product still runs on. Shipped client-facing frontend too: mutual fund landing pages, campaign pages, "The Great Indian Retirement Show", and the login and OTP verification experience for insights.bajajcapital.com.

Tightened design-to-development handoff with product and engineering, cutting rework on shipped screens — style guides, component specs, and the first shared component language the frontend team worked from.

Delivered concurrent client frontends, building reusable component libraries and internal tools that cut setup time on every new build. Onboarded and mentored new developers on the stack and code standards.

Where it started: design files into responsive, cross-browser WordPress builds — including e-commerce — one pixel at a time.
